Do you deliver in my area?

We offer local delivery within a 5 mile radius of of Alexandria, Ohio for $10. The local delivery option will be available to select at checkout if the address you enter qualifies. 

Do you do custom gift sets?

Yes! We love creating a unique gift for you and your loved ones! Send us a message at PressandBloom@gmail.com with your ideas!

What is your shipping process?

We ship orders as soon as possible. Within 24 hours of receiving your initial shipping notification email, your package will be dropped off at a USPS. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Press and Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or USPS not scanning tracking information properly. Postal service problems are out of Press and Bloom’s control and refunds will not be issued for packages that arrive late due to USPS delays. 

What is your return policy?

Press and Bloom does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. 

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pressandbloom@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve as best we can!

Do you partner with other local rescues?

Can you ship my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate multiple shipments for one order. We ask you submit separate orders for separate shipping addresses.
